not sure where to post this, but my al 519 does not connect to chevy vehicles. I misplaced the cd for the software to update it. but read i can download the update tool...i went to your al519 update page and says to first download maxilinkll and gives a link to download it, but it brings me nowhere, is a inactive link, why, and where can i download the maxilinkll software??? i downloaded the update files from you under the same section, but cannot open them without the maxilink software that you have a link for but is inactive...how can i resolve this issue, i really need this scanner to be working right asap, i have a chevy vehicle im working on now, and need the scanner... can support or anyone help me out?
